Hey Abigal – I put the ingredients in a nutrition data program and got the caloric info you had requested. I cut the bars fairly large, but am still shocked to report that each one has 250 calories. Obviously, cutting them smaller would reduce the calories substantially. I hope this information helps and isn’t too much of a deterrent to making the treats!
Oh My Goodness Shelley! These were amazing. Then I got a little inspired by you and sprinkled espresso grounds on top. Either way it was so onolicious. So, so, so simple to make. I think next time, I’ll try hazelnuts. You feed my tummy and my creativity. Thank you for those gifts.
Do you know how many calories this is?
I don’t… but I have a program i can enter the data into and let you know. Check back tomorrow and I will have a response! Thanks!
Ok, thank you so much!

I absolutely love your photograph, do you do all of your own styling?
I am working on a second cookbook and was curious if you were anywhere close to Michigan so that we could possibly work together.
