Let’s just say I decided to create a Rosewater & Thyme signature cocktail….

** Rosewater Simple Syrup – add 1 cup sugar into 1 cup water in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to slight simmer and ensure all sugar is well dissolved. Let cool to room temperature. Add 2 tsp rosewater. Store in airtight container.
